This is the second photo of the road crew from Farmer Jennings' daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Eilenberger. Farmer's third from the right, not the one with the big ears :)

I'd imagine that the Del Carmen Company director that Farmer worked for, Paul Palfrey, is probably one of the men in the photo, but I don't know which one. Also, I don't know who wrote the caption.
