The trail lead us out of the wash at this sign, where the Ore Terminal trail vears left from the Straw House trail.

This is the second of two signs you’ll see in the wash. The first was for the split for the Marufo Vega trail.

Notice how there are rocks around the base of the sign. I assume it’s because these signs get washed out when it rains, but I could be wrong.
