2- The sign at the Trail Head

This is the sign at the trail head of the Ore Terminal, Straw House, and Marufo Vega trail, across the street from the parking lot. The trails split about 20 minutes into it.

It says:

“12 Mile Round Trip
Temp. Exceeds 100 ° F.
Min. 1 Gallon Water Per Person/Day
No Shade No water”

They mean it. At the end of the hike, I'll show you how much water my wife and I had.
